The prices of the products include the Finnish VAT 24% when ordering within EU. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation. The Customer Register kept by M Store is confidential. Information will not be passed on to others. When ordering, please indicate the name, address, e-mail address and phone number of the subscriber. The order is binding upon the subscriber's receipt of the written order confirmation.


Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. Paytrail FI21228397 is co-operating with Finnish banks and credit institutions as a provider of payment transfer services and as a payment service provider.

In Payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail will appear as a payee on card payment and forward payment to the merchant. Paytrail has a payment institution license.

Bank Payments; The Pay Transfer Service related to e-payment is implemented by Paytrail FI21228397 in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments.


The shipping cost depends on the size of the delivery (incl VAT 24%) or is free of charge when crossing the current € limit.

If you make your order before 13.00, we will ship it for delivery on a regular basis already the same day.

The normal delivery time in Finland is 1 - 3 days from receiving your order. Foreign deliveries will take less than a week to most destinations in the world.

Exceptions to deliveries will be provided on the web shop's front page and on the mroomshop's Facebook page.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform the subscriber by e-mail or text message separately.

If the product is damaged during transport, it must be notified immediately to M Store's customer service, but no later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.


The products have a 14 day return right. The right to return applies only to unused and merchandise products in the original packaging. The right to return does not apply to the hygiene products that our range includes: razor knives, razor blades, sharks. The Consumer Protection Act has limitations on the right of return (Section 6, Section 16) regarding hygiene products as follows; Hygiene products do not have a right of return after the package has been opened because the product can not be returned for sale due to its nature.

If there are incorrect number or wrong products in delivery, the package has disappeared during transport, the customer must immediately notify us at: mroomshop@mroom.info.

If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately returned to the post office.


Before returning the product, please contact M Store Oy: mroomshop@mroom.info. The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging. The payment will be returned to the customer's account as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receipt of the refund.

We reserve the right to change our terms. The customer must check the terms of delivery in advance.

These terms are valid from 11.1.2017.
