Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät kulloinkin voimassa olevan arvonlisäveron. Veroerittely näkyy ostoskorissa ja tilausvahvistuksessa. M Comapnyn pitämä asiakasrekisteri on luottamuksellinen. Tietoja ei luovuteta eteenpäin muille. Tilauksen yhteydessä on ilmoitettava tilaajan nimi, osoite, sähköpostiosoite ja puhelinnumero. Tilaus on sitova tilaajan saatua kirjallisen tilausvahvistuksen.
MAKSUTAVAT
Maksut Visa, Visa Electron tai MasterCard-korteilla. Maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttajana ja maksupalveluntarjoajana toimii Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Visa, Visa Electron tai MasterCard-korteilla tehtävissä maksuissa Paytrail Oyj näkyy maksun saajana korttilaskulla ja välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Paytrail Oyj:llä on maksulaitoksen toimilupa.
Verkkopankit Verkkopankkimaksamiseen liittyvän maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttaa Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Käyttäjän kannalta palvelu toimii aivan kuten perinteinen verkkomaksaminenkin.
Paytrail-maksunvälityspalvelun kautta on käytössä myös MobilePay, PayPal sekä lasku- ja osamaksuvaihtoehdot Jousto sekä Collector (Walley).
Eri maksutapojen ehdot tulee hyväksyä kassalla ennen ostoksen viimeistelyä.
TOIMITUS
Toimituskulu (sis. alv 24%) riippuu lähetyksen koosta tai on ilmainen ostoksen ylittäessä kulloinkin voimassa olevan €-määräisen rajan. Verkkokaupassa tuotteiden toimitus tapahtuu aina postitse. Mikäli teet tilauksesi ennen klo 12, toimitamme sen postin kuljetettavaksi yleensä jo samana päivänä. Normaali toimitusaika on 1-3 vrk tilauksen vastaanottamisesta. Poikkeuksista toimituksiin kerromme kaupan etusivulla. Jos jokin tuote on tilapäisesti loppu varastostamme, ilmoitamme siitä erikseen tilaajalle sähköpostilla tai tekstiviestinä. Mikäli tuote on vahingoittunut kuljetuksen aikana, on siitä ilmoitettava välittömästi asiakaspalveluun, kuitenkin viimeistään 5 päivän kuluessa lähetyksen vastaanottamisesta.

VAIHTO- JA PALAUTUS
Tuotteilla on palautusoikeus 14 pv. Verkkokaupasta ostettuja lahjakortteja ja jäsenyyksiä ei vaihdeta rahaksi. Palautusoikeus koskee vain alkuperäispakkauksessa olevia käyttämättömiä ja myyntikelpoisia tuotteita. Palautusoikeus ei koske hygieniatuotteita, joita valikoimassamme ovat mm: partaveitset, partaterät, partasudit. Kuluttajasuojalaissa on rajoituksia palautusoikeudesta (6.luvun 16§) koskien hygieniatuotteita seuraavasti; Hygieniatuotteilla ei ole palautusoikeutta pakkauksen avaamisen jälkeen, koska tuote ei ole palautettavissa myyntiin luonteensa vuoksi. Virheellisestä toimituksesta, viallisesta tuotteesta tai mikäli tuote on kadonnut kuljetuksen aikana, on asiakkaan tehtävä ilmoitus välittömästi osoitteeseen: mroomshop@mroom.com
Jos paketti on vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana, on tuotteesta tehtävä välittömästi reklamaatio kuljetusyhtiöön.
PALAUTUSOHJEET
Ennen tuotteen palautusta ota yhteyttä: mroomshop@mroom.com. Tuotteen tulee olla vahingoittumaton, käyttämätön ja alkuperäispakkauksessaan. Maksusuoritus palautetaan asiakkaan tilille pikimmiten, kuitenkin viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa palautuksen vastaanottamisesta. Paketin noutamatta jättäminen ei ole automaattisesti palautus. Paketin noutamatta jättämisestä tulee ilmoittaa sähköpostitse.
Jos paketti ohjautuu väärään noutopisteeseen, on asiakkaan vastuulla tehdä siirtopyyntö kuljetusyhtiölle. Mahdolliset lisäkulut ovat myös asiakkaan vastuulla. Kauppias on vastuussa siirtopyynnöstä ja kuluista, jos väärä toimituspaikka johtuu kauppiaan virheestä. Kauppias ei ole vastuussa, jos paketti ohjautuu väärään noutopisteeseen kuljetusyhtiön toimesta.
Tuotteita ei vaihdeta, vaan uusista tuotteista tehdään aina uusi tilaus. Palautunut paketti voidaan lähettää uudestaan asiakkaalle uusia toimituskuluja vastaan.
MUUTA
Pidätämme oikeuden muuttaa toimitusehtojamme. Asiakkaan on ennen tilaustaan tutustuttava kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.
Nämä toimitusehdot ovat voimassa 11.1.2017 alkaen.
M Room- jäsenyyksiin sovellettavat yleiset sopimusehdot
1. Yleistä
Ehdot ovat osa M Roomin jäsensopimusta (myöhemmin ”Jäsensopimus”), joka on laadittu sopimuksen tehneen henkilön (myöhemmin ”Jäsen”) ja paikallisen M Room liikkeen (myöhemmin ”M Room”) välillä.
2. M Room -jäsenyys
2.1 Jäsenyys on voimassa sopimukseen kirjatun määräajan ja Jäsensopimuksen voimassaolo päättyy ilman erillistä irtisanomista Jäsensopimukseen merkittynä päättymisajankohtana. Jäsenellä on tämän jälkeen oikeus uuden Jäsensopimuksen tekemiseen voimassaolevan hinnaston mukaisin ehdoin.
2.2 Jäsen on velvollinen suorittamaan M Roomille voimassaolevan hinnaston mukaisen vuosimaksun jäsensopimuksen allekirjoittamisen yhteydessä.
2.3 Jäsenyys on henkilökohtainen ja Jäsenen on pyydettäessä todistettava henkilöllisyytensä. Jäsenyys voidaan kuitenkin tarvittaessa siirtää toiselle henkilölle kerran sopimuskauden aikana. Siirrettävää Jäsenyyttä tulee olla jäljellä vähintään 6 kuukautta ja siirrosta Jäseneltä peritään kulloinkin voimassa olevan hinnaston mukainen käsittelykulu. Erikoishintaisia, yhteistyökumppanijäsenyyksiä tai sopimuskauden aikana jo kerran jäädytettyä jäsenyyttä ei ole kuitenkaan mahdollisuus siirtää.
2.4 Jäsenyys antaa Jäsenelle oikeuden valitun jäsentason (Silver, Gold, Platinum) mukaisten palveluiden käyttöön ja palveluiden ostoon jäsentason mukaisilla hinnoilla. Kulloinkin voimassa olevat jäsentasot, hinnasto ja tuotevalikoima kuvauksineen ovat nähtävillä M Room -liikkeissä. M Roomilla on oikeus tehdä tarkennuksia jäsenetujen sisältöön sopimuksen voimassaoloaikana.
2.5 Jäsenyys antaa Jäsenelle oikeuden käyttää M Room -liikkeen palveluja kaikissa M Room -liikkeissä. Jäsenyyden palvelukiintiön palvelut ovat maakohtaisia. Jäsenalennukset ovat voimassa kaikissa M Room -liikkeissä maailmanlaajuisesti.
2.6 Jäsenyyden taso (Silver, Gold, Platinum) määritellään Jäsensopimuksessa. Jäsen voi milloin tahansa korottaa täysihintaisen vuosijäsenyytensä korkeammalle jäsentasolle. Tällaisen tason korotuksen yhteydessä Jäsenen tulee suorittaa korotetun jäsentason lisämaksu M Roomin korotuksen hetkellä voimassaolevan hinnaston mukaisesti. Erikoishintaisten jäsenyyksien korotukset eivät lähtökohtaisesti ole mahdollisia ja ne käsitellään tapauskohtaisesti.
2.7 Jäsen tiedostaa ja hyväksyy, että Jäsenet ja muut asiakkaat palvellaan liikkeissä My M Room -palvelun mukaisessa järjestyksessä. Samoin Jäsen tiedostaa ja hyväksyy, että liikkeiden jonotilanteet vaihtelevat liikkeittäin, ja jäsentasosta huolimatta palveluun voi joutua jonottamaan, eikä tästä makseta erikseen korvausta tai hyvitystä. M Room voi jäsenyyden aikana yksipuolisesti muuttaa liikkeidensä tuote- ja palveluvalikoimaa tai liikkeiden aukioloaikoja kysynnän ja resurssien mukaan. M Room pidättää oikeuden merkitä liike ”suljetuksi/ täydeksi”, kun liikkeen jonotilanne on ruuhkautunut niin, että enempää asiakkaita ei ehditä aukioloajan puitteissa palvelemaan.
3. Jäsentiedot, Jäsenen tiedottaminen ja henkilötietojen käsittely
3.1 Jäsen saa jäsenyytensä voimassaoloajaksi käyttöönsä henkilökohtaisen M Room -jäsenkortin. Jäsenkorttia käytetään Jäsenen tunnistamiseen ja se on henkilökohtainen. Jäsenkorttia ei siten saa siirtää tai lainata väliaikaisesti kenellekään. Jäsen on velvollinen säilyttämään jäsenkorttia huolellisesti ja omalta osaltaan varmistamaan ettei kukaan muu voi väärinkäyttää korttia. Jäsen on velvollinen ilmoittamaan mahdollisesta jäsenkortin katoamisesta tai sen epäillystä väärinkäytöstä välittömästi M Roomille. Uuden jäsenkortin Jäsen saa liikkeestä. Uudesta kortista veloitetaan voimassa olevan hinnaston mukainen maksu.
3.2 Jäsensopimuksen allekirjoittamalla Jäsen hyväksyy sen, että M Room voi lähettää jäsenilleen tietoa palveluista ja tarjouksista Jäsenen ilmoittamaan posti- ja/tai sähköpostiosoitteeseen. Jäsen voi kuitenkin milloin tahansa kieltää markkinointiviestien lähettämisen.
3.3 Jäsen hyväksyy, että M Room -liike tai samaan konserniin kuuluvat yritykset voivat rekisteröidä, tallentaa ja käsitellä Jäsentä koskevia henkilötietoja (esimerkiksi yhteystietoja ja maksutietoja) sekä Jäsenen käyttämiä M Roomin palveluita henkilötietolain (523/1999, muutoksineen) mukaisesti. Edellä mainittujen tietojen keräämisen tarkoituksena on hallinnoida ja huolehtia jäsenyydestä parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla, sekä tiedottaa Jäsentä M Roomin kulloinkin tarjolla olevista palveluista. Jäsen antaa suostumuksensa siihen, että M Room tallentaa Jäsenen käynti- ja ostohistoriaa palveluiden laadun varmistamiseksi. Jäsenellä on aina oikeus tutustua käyntihistoriaansa, tämä onnistuu M Room applikaation kautta, jonka voi ladata kunkin käyttöjärjestelmän omasta sovelluskaupasta.
3.4 Jäsenen tietoja ei luovuteta ulkopuolisille ilman Jäsen kirjallista suostumusta, poikkeuksena lakiin perustuvat tietojen luovutukset.
4. Jäsenyyden lykkääminen ja purkaminen erityisissä tapauksissa
4.1 Jäsen, joka erityisestä syystä ei voi hyödyntää jäsenyyttään määrättynä ajanjaksona voi hakea vapaamuotoisella kirjallisella hakemuksella kyseistä ajanjaksoa vastaavaa jäsenyyden lykkäystä. Lykkäystä haetaan Jäsenyyden myyneeltä taholta. Jäsenyyden jäädytys on voimassa siitä päivästä lukien, kun M Room hyväksyy Jäsenen hakemuksen. Tämän seurauksena Jäsensopimuksen mahdollista sidonnaisuusaikaa pidennetään M Roomin hyväksymällä jäädytyksen kestoa vastaavalla ajanjaksolla, jäsenkortin käyttö M Room parturiliikkeissä on tänä sovittuna aikana estetty.
4.2 Jäsenyyden lykkäystä myönnetään sellaisen loukkaantumisen tai sairauden perusteella, joka todistettavasti estää Jäsenen M Room palvelujen käytön vähintään 60 ja enintään 365 päiväksi. Jäsenyyden lykkäystä pidemmän ulkomailla oleskelun, sellaisella paikkakunnalla tapahtuvan opiskelun tai työn vuoksi, jossa M Roomilla ei ole liiketoimintaa myönnetään vähintään 90 ja enintään 365 päivää. Jäsenyyden lykkäystä haettaessa mahdollisesti toistuvasti yhden maksetun jäsenkauden aikana huomioitavaa on, että jäädytettyjen jäsenyyspäivien yhteenlaskettu määrä voi olla maksimissaan 365 päivää ja näiden jäädytysjaksojen välissä on oltava, mikäli jäädytys johtuu paikkakunnalta poissaolon vuoksi, vähintään 90 päivää. Jäädytettävää Jäsenyyttä tulee olla jäljellä vähintään 30 päivää, jotta lykkäys voidaan myöntää.
4.3 Jäsenyyden jäädytystä koskeva hakemus tulee tehdä etukäteen tai loukkaantumisen tai äkillisen sairaustapauksen perusteella viimeistään silloin, kun Jäsenellä on siihen tosiasiallinen mahdollisuus ja se on vahvistettava todistuksella M Room palvelujen käyttämisen esteestä. Paikkakunnalta poissaolon vuoksi anottava lykkäyshakemus 4.2 kohdassa mainituista syistä johtuen tulee tehdä aina ennen jäädytysajankohdan alkua. Mikäli M Room hyväksyy 4.2 kohdassa mainituista syistä jäsenyyden jäädyttämisen, Jäsenen tulee suorittaa erillinen käsittelykorvaus M Roomin kulloinkin voimassaolevan hinnaston mukaisesti.
4.4 Jäsenellä on oikeus purkaa Jäsensopimus häntä koskevan poikkeuksellisen, yllättävän tapahtuman (vakava pitkäkestoinen sairaus tai vammautuminen, joka estää pysyvästi M Room palvelujen käytön, tilapäistä pysyvämpi muutto ulkomaille tai muu sellainen ennakoimaton elämäntilanteen muutos, jonka vuoksi Jäsensopimuksen jäädyttäminen määräajaksi ei ole perusteltua) vuoksi huolimatta siitä, että Jäsensopimuksessa määritelty jäsensidonnaisuusaika ei olisi päättynyt. Jäsensopimuksen purkamisen edellytyksenä on, että M Room hyväksyy Jäsensopimuksen purkamisen perusteen. M Room varaa oikeuden periä kohdassa 4.5 määritellyn korvauksen Jäsenestä johtuvasta Jäsensopimuksen ennenaikaisesta purkamisesta.
4.5 M Room maksaa takaisin jäsenyyden voimassaoloaaikana tapahtuvan Jäsensopimuksen ennenaikaisen päättymisen yhteydessä Jäsenen maksaman jäsenmaksun siltä osin kun ne kohdistuvat jäljellä olevaan jäsenyysaikaan, johon Jäsen on Jäsensopimuksessaan sitoutunut jos jäsenyys päättyy kohdassa 4.4 kuvailtujen tai muiden jäsenyyden purkuun oikeuttavien syiden vuoksi ja M Room ja jäsen ovat yhteisymmärryksessä näin todenneet. Sopimuksen näin päättyessä Jäseneltä ennakkoon peritystä vuosimaksusta M Room veloittaa jo käytettyjen palvelujen osalta voimassa olevan hinnaston mukaisen normaalin kertapalvelun kustannuksen ja lisäksi jäsenyyteen kuuluvan tuotepaketin tuotteiden hinnaston mukaisen myyntiarvon kokonaisuudessaan. Jäsenmaksusta näiden edellä mainittujen vähennyksien jälkeen jäljelle jäävä summa tilitetään jäsenelle kertasuorituksena. (esim. lahjakorttina)
5. Sopimusehtojen muuttaminen
5.1 M Roomilla on täysi muutoksenteko- ja kehittämisoikeus. Franchiseliiketoimintakonseptin luonteeseen kuuluu kehittää ja parantaa toimintaa sekä toimintatapoja aktiivisesti ja näin ollen M Room pidättää oikeuden tehdä muutoksia, jotka parantavat liiketoimintakonseptin toimivuutta yleisellä tasolla.
5.2 M Roomilla on oikeus lukita Jäsenyys tietyksi aikaa tai purkaa Jäsensopimus päättymään välittömästi ilman korvausta, jos Jäsen selvästi rikkoo Jäsensopimuksen ehtoja tai M Roomin muuta ohjeistusta.
5.3 Jäsenyys on aina henkilökohtainen ja väärinkäyttötilanteissa M Roomilla on oikeus poistaa Jäsenen jäsenkortti käytöstä ilman, että Jäsenelle maksetaan tästä korvausta tai hyvitystä.
6. Tavaroiden säilytys ja vahingonkorvausvastuu
6.1 M Room ei vastaa sen tiloissa tapahtuvista mahdollisista henkilövahingoista, varkauksista tai muista Jäsenen M Room liikkeeseen tuoman henkilökohtaisen omaisuuden menetyksistä, ellei pakottavasta lainsäädännöstä muuta johdu. M Room ei vastaa Jäsenen liikkeeseen jääneestä henkilökohtaisesta omaisuudesta.
6.2 M Room ei vastaa missään olosuhteissa Jäsenen palveluun pääsyn tilapäisestä estymisestä tai muista tilapäisistä rajoituksista jotka johtuvat M Roomin vaikutusmahdollisuuksien ulkopuolella olevista syistä, ja syistä joita M Room ei ole voinut kohtuudella ennakoida tai estää.
6.3 M Roomille ei synny vastuuta eikä se vastaa sopimuksen mukaisen palvelun käyttömahdollisuuden esteestä tai rajoituksesta, joka johtuu seuraavassa kuvatun kaltaisesta syystä, joka estää palvelun suorittamisen kokonaan tai vaikeuttaa sitä huomattavasti. Tällaiseksi rajoitukseksi katsotaan muun muassa viranomaisen päätös, uudet lait tai lakien muutokset, henkilökunnan menetys, lakko, työsulku, saarto, tulipalo, tulva, vesivahinko, konkurssi, merkittävän omaisuuden menetys, tuhoutuminen tai suuronnettomuus. Mikäli M Room -palveluiden käyttö estyy edellä kuvatusta esteestä M Room ei ole velvollinen palauttamaan Jäsenen maksamaa jäsenmaksua tai muuta käyttämättä jäämättä palvelua tai tuote-etua.
7. Sovellettava laki sekä riitojenratkaisu
7.1 Jäsensopimukseen sovelletaan Suomen lainsäädäntöä.
7.2 Jäsenen ja M Roomin väliset kiistat pyritään ratkaisemaan yhteistyössä. Jos yhteisymmärrykseen ei päästä, kumpikin osapuoli voi viedä kiistan käräjäoikeuden ratkaistavaksi.

DELIVERY
The shipping cost depends on the size of the delivery (incl VAT 24%)
or is free of charge when the order total goes above the current € limit.
If you make your order before 12.00, we will
ship it for delivery on a regular basis already the same day.
The
normal delivery time in Finland is 1 - 3 days from receiving your order. Foreign deliveries will take less than a week to most destinations in the world.
Exceptions
to deliveries will be provided on the web shop's front page and on the mroomshop's
Facebook page.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform the subscriber by e-mail or text message separately.
If
the product is damaged during transport, it must be notified
immediately to M Store's customer service, but no later than 5 days
after receiving the shipment.
CHANGE AND RETURN
The products have a 14 day return right. The right to return applies
only to unused and merchandise products in the original packaging. The
right to return does not apply to the giftcards and the hygiene products that our range
includes: razor knives, razor blades, sharks. The Consumer Protection
Act has limitations on the right of return (Section 6, Section 16)
regarding hygiene products as follows; Hygiene products do not have a
right of return after the package has been opened because the product
can not be returned for sale due to its nature.
If there are incorrect number or wrong products in delivery, the
package has disappeared during transport, the customer must immediately
notify us at: mroomshop@mroom.com
If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately returned to the post office.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Before returning the
product, please contact M Company Oy: mroomshop@mroom.com. The product
must be intact, unused and in its original packaging. The payment will
be returned to the customer's account as soon as possible but no later
than 14 days after receipt of the refund.
We reserve the right to change our terms. The customer must check the terms of delivery in advance.
These terms are valid from 11.1.2017.
General terms of agreement applied to M Room membership
1. General
The terms are a part of M Room’s membership agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Membership Agreement”), which has been drawn up between the person who has signed the agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Member”) and the local M Room shop (hereinafter referred to as “M Room”).
2. M Room membership
2.1 Membership shall be in force for the term specified in the agreement and the validity of the Membership Agreement shall end without notice on the ending date specified in the Membership Agreement. After this, the Member shall be entitled to enter into a new Membership Agreement in accordance with the valid pricelist.
2.2 When signing the Membership Agreement, the Member shall be obligated to pay the annual fee in accordance with the valid price list.
2.3 Membership is personal and, on request, the Member shall prove their identity. However, the membership can be transferred to another person once during the agreement period, if necessary. The remaining period of the transferred Membership shall be at least 6 months, and the Member shall pay a processing charge for the transfer in accordance with the currently valid price list. Special price memberships, co-operation partner memberships or memberships that have already been frozen once during the contract period cannot be transferred or frozen.
2.4 Membership gives the Member the right to use the services provided according to membership level (Silver, Gold, Platinum) and to buy services at the prices applicable to the membership level in question. Currently valid membership levels, price lists and product portfolio with descriptions can be seen in M Room shops and online at mroom.com. M Room has the right to make refinements to the contents of members’ benefits during the validity of the agreement.
2.5 Membership gives the Member the right to utilize M Room’s services in any M Room shop. Membership service credits are country-specific. The member discounts are valid in all M Room shops internationally.
2.6 Membership level (Silver, Gold, Platinum) is defined in the Membership Agreement. The Member can raise their level of membership to a higher level at any time. When doing so, the Member shall pay the surcharge for the raised membership level according to M Room’s valid price list at the time of the change.
2.7 The Member is aware and accepts that Members and other customers are served in the shops following the order of the My M Room -service. Similarly, the Member is aware and accepts that the queues in the shops vary by shop and, despite their membership level, they may have to queue, and no separate compensation or refund shall be paid for this. During the membership, M Room may unilaterally change the range of its shops’ products or services or the opening hours of shops according to demand and resources. M Room reserves the right to enter the status of the shop as ”full” when there is such a backlog of customers that no more customers can be served within the shop’s opening hours.
3. Member information, Member communications and the processing of personal data
3.1 For the duration of their membership, the member will be given an M Room membership card for their personal use. The membership card is used for identifying the Member and it is The card cannot be transferred or lent to anyone temporarily. The Member shall be obligated to store the membership card carefully and to make sure that no one else can misuse it. If the Member loses their membership card or suspects that it has been misused they shall notify M Room about it immediately. The Member will receive a new membership card in an M Room shop. A charge in accordance with the valid price list will be charged for the new card.
3.2 By signing the Membership Agreement, the Member accepts that M Room may send its members information about its services and offers to the postal address and/or e-mail address given by the Member. However, the Member can at any time instruct M Room to stop sending them marketing messages.
3.3 The Member accepts that an M Room shop or companies belonging to the same Group can register, record and process personal data concerning the Member (for example, contact information and payment information) and the services offered by M Room that the Member has used, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/1999, including amendments). The purpose of collecting the above mentioned data is to administer and take care of membership in the best way possible and to inform the Member of the services currently offered by M Room. The Member gives their consent for M Room to record the Member’s history of visits and purchases to ensure the quality of its services. The Member always has the right to see their history of visits, and this can be done using the M Room application which can be downloaded from each operating system’s own application store.
3.4 The Member’s data will not be disclosed to outsiders without the Member’s written consent, with the exception of disclosures that are based on the law.
4. Postponement and cancellation of membership in special cases
4.1 A member who, for a specific reason, cannot make use of their membership during a certain time can apply for the postponement of their membership for the time in question with a written, free-form application. The postponement application shall be sent to the seller of the Membership. The membership freeze shall be valid from the date that M Room accepts the Member’s application. As a result of this, any membership commitment period of the Membership Agreement shall be extended with a period that corresponds to the duration of the freeze and that is accepted by M Room; the use of the membership card in M Room shops shall be prevented during the agreement’s freeze time. The remaining period of the postponement Membership shall be at least 30 days.
4.2 Membership postponement shall be granted on the basis of an injury or illness that can be proven to prevent the Member from using M Room’s services for a period of at least 60 and at most 365 Postponement of membership due to a lengthy stay abroad or studying or working in a locality where M Room has no business activities shall be granted for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 365 days. When applying for postponement more than once during one membership commitment period the total amount of days postponed can’t exceed 365 days and between every freezing period needs to be at least 90 days if postponement is due to being away from the location without the possibility to use any M Room services.
4.3 An application for freezing the membership shall be made beforehand or, in the case of injury or sudden illness, at the latest when the Member has an actual chance to do so, and it shall be confirmed with a certificate of the obstacle preventing the use of M Room’s services. The application for postponement due to a reason for being away from the M Room location as laid down in section 4.2 always needs to be done before wanted postponement period is set to begin. If M Room approves the freezing of the membership due to any reason laid down in section 4.2, the Member shall pay a separate processing fee according to M Room’s currently valid price list.
4.4 The Member has the right to terminate the Membership Agreement owing to an exceptional, surprising event concerning them personally (a serious, long-lasting illness or disability that prevents the use of M Room’s services permanently, moving abroad fora longer than temporary period, or some other unforeseen change in circumstances that makes the freezing of the Membership Agreement not justifiable) even if the membership commitment period specified in the Membership Agreement is not finished. The prerequisite for the cancellation of the Membership Agreement is that M Room approves the grounds for the cancellation. M Room reserves the right to charge compensation, as specified in section 4.5 below, for cancelling the Membership Agreement prematurely for a reason that is due to the Member.
4.5 In connection with a premature termination of the Membership Agreement that takes place during the membership commitment period, M Room shall repay the membership fee paid by the Member in so far as it falls on the remaining membership period that the Member has committed to in their Membership Agreement, if the membership ends for the reasons described in Section 4.4 and M Room and the Member have verified this jointly. When the agreement ends in this way M Room will take from the annual fee collected in advance from the Member a price for the services already used according to the valid price list for one-off services and also the total sale value of the product package that is included in the membership in accordance with the price list for the products. The sum remaining of the membership fee after the above mentioned reductions have been made shall be refunded to the Member as a lump-sum payment. (eg.gift card)
5. Amending the terms of agreement
5.1 M Room has the full right to make amendments and changes. The active development and improvement of operations and operating procedures is an important part of the franchise business concept and therefore M Room reserves the right to make changes that will improve the success of the business concept on a general level. 5.2 M Room has the right to lock the Membership for a certain amount of time, or to cancel the Membership Agreement so that it ends immediately without compensation if the Member clearly violates the terms of the Membership Agreement or M Room’s other terms. 5.3 Membership is always personal and in cases of misuse M Room has the right to decommission the Member’s membership card without paying the Member any compensation or refund for this.
6. Storing of property and liability for damages
6.1 M Room shall not be responsible for any personal injuries, theft or other losses of personal property brought into the M Room shop by the Member unless imperative legal provisions decree otherwise. M Room shall not be responsible for a Member’s personal property that has been left at the shop. 6.2 In no circumstances shall M Room be responsible for the Member’s access to the service being temporarily prevented or for other temporary restrictions that result from reasons outside M Room’s influence and reasons that M Room cannot reasonably anticipate or prevent. 6.3 M Room shall not incur responsibility nor shall it be responsible for any hindrance or restriction to use the services described in this agreement, resulting from reasons similar to the ones described below that prevent the service being performed entirely or hinder it considerably. Such a restriction is considered to include, among others, a decision by the authorities, new legislation or amendments to existing legislation, loss of staff, strike, lockout, blockade, fire, flood, water damage, bankruptcy, a significant loss of property, destruction or disaster. If the use of M Room’s services is prevented due to one of the above mentioned obstacles, M Room shall not be obligated to refund the membership fee or any other unused service or product paid for by the Member.
7. Applicable law and dispute resolution
7.1 Finnish legislation shall be applied to the Membership Agreement. 7.2 Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Helsinki. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The number of arbitrator shall be one (1).
4.5 In connection with a premature termination of the Membership Agreement that takes place during the membership commitment period, M Room shall repay the membership fee paid by the Member in so far as it falls on the remaining membership period that the Member has committed to in their Membership Agreement, if the membership ends for the reasons described in Section 4.4 and M Room and the Member have verified this jointly. 5. Amending the terms of agreement
5.1 M Room has the full right to make amendments and changes. 5.2 M Room has the right to lock the Membership for a certain amount of time, or to cancel the Membership Agreement so that it ends immediately without compensation if the Member clearly violates the terms of the Membership Agreement or M Room’s other terms.
5.3 Membership is always personal and in cases of misuse M Room has the right to decommission the Member’s membership card without paying the Member any compensation or refund for this.
6. Storing of property and liability for damages

If the use of M Room’s services is prevented due to one of the above mentioned obstacles, M Room shall not be obligated to refund the membership fee or any other unused service or product paid for by the Member.
